Fundraising & secondhand marketplace
Purchase gently used school uniforms at a fraction of the cost. Using clothing donations from past pupils, the Uniformd app enables schools to sell onto the next generation helping reduce clothes waste.
A product driven by entrepreneurial student, Sam, Uniformd enables school clothing donations made to schools to be listed and sold on our easy-to-use app. This sees all returns going straight back to your kids’ schools and their education, as well as cutting down on textile waste in the UK.
Sam’s Story
Sam, a 15 year old school boy from London, saw the burden his parents were under having to pay over £250 a year for him and his 2 siblings on school uniforms. He recognised this was not just a struggle for his family but others too.
Sam took part in Elemental Concept’s Student Entrepreneur Programme, which gives students the opportunity to identify real issues facing society and find a way to solve them using technology.
We worked with Sam to create Uniformd, a uniform resale market that would not only remove a lot of financial burden, make it easier for busy working parents to find gently used uniforms and also help the environment.
Bitz
Fractionalised Assets Platform
The Bitz SaaS offering is a fractional ownership platform, enabling you to break down investment assets.
Through our consultancy engagements with leaders in shipping, art and real estate we saw a common problem. These asset managers need to expand their portfolios and want to capture new investors by offering their investments in smaller shares or fractions.
For reasons of cost, lack of tech knowledge or band width to embark on such a challenging tech project offering a fractional solution has been out of reach for many asset managers.
Bitz was born to address this problem.
The Bitz SaaS product is a flexible, modular platform enabling the licensee to offer fractional investments in their field of expertise. Bitz dramatically cuts down their time to market and alleviates the technology burden in one stroke.
We take your assets, whether they be property, land, wind farms, art or shipping containers and break these down into accessible bitesize shares to trade on a marketplace.
The beauty of Bitz is that we can directly tailor it to your business model, as long as there are assets to list and fractionalise, and a good understanding of the regulatory environment.

Future Vision for Bitz
Expanding on our successful SaaS platform, we are developing a master stock exchange of shares in high grade, alternative assets supplied by the world’s leading specialist managers and offered to the whole range of investor types from retail to institutional.
The master exchange will be FCA regulated and provide bank grade security, full asset details and terms, trust that providence of the assets are absolute and stored and managed in accordance with industry standards.
The community will benefit from the increased pools of liquidity allowing traders to have control on where their funds are vested and the opportunity to exit at their discretion.
Investors will benefit from a vast array of accessible assets whilst mangers will be able to crystalise all or part of their assets and gain insights on opportunities to educate their future asset acquisitions.
