Project Summary

The application provides a system for managing Care Home provision across the UK and delivers the following high-level functions: Case Management, Finance System, Billing, Contract and Resource Management. 

Audit of a legacy application and then a transition into EC Application Support and Maintenance Services team  

EC are now providing ongoing application support to a tight SLA, plus the development of essential new features of the core product to ensure Business As Usual operations.
