In Product Discovery, EC and the StopGiver founder scoped a platform that encourages individuals to demonstrate affirmative support for a Cause through the positive action of donating to charity with a collective voice. The platform also encourages donation spend transparency to strengthen their engagement with individual donors.
We then did the following:
- Conceptualise and scope the solution in a discovery workshop
- Establish the brand, look & feel and produce a working prototype of the core user journeys
- Design, architect and build the MVP application within 3 months with our in-house technical team, collaborating closely with the Client throughout the build
- Work with the client to establish the go-to-market strategy for the MVP launch
Core features of the platform include:
A web application optimised for mobile including back office functionality for charities and corporates;
The ability to create, support and share a cause; view cause analytics; sponsor a cause (for corporates); Link charities to a Cause; “Wallets” for the individual, the cause and the charity with ability for users to view transaction history and full Stripe integration to enable recurring and one-time payments.
