Our experts found that root and branch re-design and development of all major customer facing systems was required. By identifying effective newer technologies, such as AI/Machine Learning and Predictive Analysis, Reed will be able to better target new customers, automate the process of matching roles with candidates more efficiently and support the new business models needed to compete against new entrants with no legacy systems to manage.
