Give Star engaged Elemental to undertake a technology audit of their platform. The purpose of the audit was to identify any potential issues and propose suggestions for rectification across the infrastructure, code and adopted policies and procedures in the context of additional investment and an expanding user-base. The audit also included a UX review of the existing platform.
Elemental has assisted Give Star with CTO “as a service” support and more recently undertaken a full discovery programme to help conceptualise a the iteration of their mobile application that leveraged new “tap on phone’ functionality to make contactless donations. This discovery programme concluded with the creation of a high fidelity prototype of the new features and functionalities, included a detailed backlog to be delivered in the latest version of the application.
