Having used and evaluated a number of off the shelf CRM systems, the Bluebox team appointed a developer to create a bespoke solution. Part of Bluebox’s unique proposition is a programme that prepares a company for sale very early. This requires a workflow that was not readily available in other software services.
Bluebox wanted a 3rd eye review of the technology built and an understanding of a roadmap of improvements to architecture and security. To accommodate this, EC conducted a hi-level due diligence based on documentation provided by the client’s developer.
Bluebox have needed to introduce more features to the platform and unfortunately the original developer lacked the capacity to deliver on these and so the client turned to EC.
We have created a light-touch maintenance agreement to support business as usual and a series of planned improvements that will be delivered over the coming year. This ensures the business critical new features are delivered in a timely fashion whilst maintaining good control on expense budgets.
